Course Description: Empower yourself as a leader as well as take your team to the next level with correct leadership skills. This class helps managers and leaders at all levels learn the skills and tools necessary to navigate the many day to day issues. You will identify and learn how to better work with your team, meet deadlines, keep commitments, fulfill business requirements, and how correctly implemented leadership will grow your organization.
